  • We combine Valerian, Catnip and Oats to a relaxing blend. I use it before I go to bed or if I wake up in the middle of the night with my brain on "go", but I want to go back to sleep.
  • Valerian is traditionally used in times of stress or pain as a sedative.
  • Catnip has an anti-spasmatic activity for people. I added this for calming effect on nerves and muscles. After a long day at the farm, my back can use the rest!
  • We hand harvest every Valerian root and then divide and replant them on our own medicinal herb farm.
  • After Harvesting the Valerian Roots, we wash them at least 3 times before sending them to the Tea Shack to dry.

  • Valerian Roots have a shallow system. We trim the long stringy roots and divide the plants into 4-6 new plants and replant them into the freshly plowed and weeded ground. They will be harvested in a few years for a Dream On formula.
