Chickweed Is Lovely - Dandelion Devine

I was weeding (grass is my main weed pest) on the farm and found tons of chickweed and dandelions this week! Spring is coming, even though it has snowed two days in a row on Vashon Island! I have been eating it all afternoon. I am about to harvest a whole lot of sorrel as well. I plan on selling my salad mixes to Minglemint and at the Ballard Farmer's Market, and hopefully to some restaurants & friends, too.
